Intended for Worship: We want to please God
in all we do, drawing closer to Him, and passionately following Christ.
In corporate worship, we come together to celebrate who God is and to
express what god has done for us. As individuals, worship is what we
were created to do as an expression of the transformed heart and mind.
We were designed to praise and adore Him by giving ourselves to Him
through our time, abilities, and resources.

Need-Centered Evangelism:
"people Matter to God." We seek to demonstrate
love just as Jesus did by meeting people's practical needs. People have
many needs, but their greatest need is to know Christ.

Spirit-Led Ministry:
God's purposes are most effective in the context of operating
out of God's gifting. God has given every person gifts to be used for
His glory. We are intentional about finding ways to connect people with
ministries that express their passion for Christ.

Purposeful Discipleship: Through
the study of God's Word and by developing relationships with older and
newer Christians, we encourage all to grow and learn from God and each
other. The sharing of life experiences and personal insights into God's
Word helps us all realize that we have to learn on our journey to become
passionate followers of Christ.

Inspiring Leadership: Leadership
inspires, motivates, and empowers people to reach their greatest potential.
Effective leadership clearly communicates goals and long-term strategy.
The leadership keeps the mission and vision at the forefront of the
church.

Relationships that Matter:
We were not created for solitude but for companionship. We are new believers,
mature Christians, and those who are in the process of discovering a
relationship with Christ, and with others. As passionate followers of
Christ, we seek authentic fellowship with one another in an atmosphere
of joy and laughter, affirmation and encouragement, trust and accountability,
and intentional conflict resolution.

Empowering/Effective Organization:
we realize that an organization that is effective allows for the mission
and vision to be carried out to its greatest potential. And efficient
organization looks for ways to be proactive in its planning, communication,
and assessment to allow for God's purposes to be accomplished through
His people.
